Questa pagina vuole essere una breve introduzione per spiegare in modo chiaro come funzionano la disponibilità e l’ordine dei libri e dei gadget della Delfin Collection.
Per alcuni articoli è possibile scegliere colori diversi o varianti di logo: questi dettagli vengono sempre concordati prima dell’ordine definitivo. In alcuni casi può essere necessario cambiare fornitore per motivi pratici o logistici che non dipendono da me; il prodotto resta comunque coerente con quanto mostrato nelle immagini. Le immagini hanno valore illustrativo.
La maggior parte degli articoli viene ordinata su richiesta. I tempi di arrivo presso di me sono generalmente di almeno 20 giorni. Non dispongo di un magazzino: salvo rare eccezioni, né i libri né i gadget sono disponibili immediatamente a casa mia.
Per questo motivo è richiesto il pagamento anticipato. In cambio cerco sempre di mantenere le spese di imballaggio e spedizione il più contenute possibile. Le spedizioni in Svizzera possono essere effettuate rapidamente; per i Paesi dell’Unione Europea può essere necessario un giorno in più, poiché alcune spedizioni avvengono tramite uffici postali di confine italiani con orari di apertura solo mattutini.

Diese Seite ist als kurze Einführung gedacht, um klar zu erklären, wie die Verfügbarkeit und die Bestellung der Bücher und Gadgets der Delfin Collection funktionieren.
Bei einigen Artikeln ist es möglich, verschiedene Farben oder Logo-Varianten auszuwählen. Diese Details werden immer vor der endgültigen Bestellung gemeinsam abgesprochen. In manchen Fällen kann es aus praktischen oder logistischen Gründen notwendig sein, den Lieferanten zu wechseln. Das Produkt bleibt jedoch dem ähnlich, was auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Die Bilder dienen zur Veranschaulichung.
Die meisten Artikel werden auf Anfrage bestellt. Die Lieferzeit zu mir beträgt in der Regel mindestens 20 Tage. Ich verfüge über kein Lager: mit wenigen Ausnahmen sind weder Bücher noch Gadgets sofort bei mir zu Hause verfügbar.
Aus diesem Grund ist eine Vorauszahlung erforderlich. Im Gegenzug bemühe ich mich, die Kosten für Verpackung und Versand so niedrig wie möglich zu halten. Sendungen innerhalb der Schweiz können in der Regel rasch verschickt werden. Für Länder der Europäischen Union kann ein zusätzlicher Tag nötig sein, da einige Sendungen über italienische Grenzpoststellen mit nur vormittäglichen Öffnungszeiten laufen.

SALE OF DELFIN COLLECTION GADGETS
This page is intended as a short introduction to explain clearly how the availability and ordering of Delfin Collection books and gadgets work.
For some items, it may be possible to choose different colours or logo variations. These details are always agreed upon before the final order is placed. In some cases, it may be necessary to change supplier for practical or logistical reasons beyond my control. The product will, however, remain consistent with what is shown in the images. The images are for illustrative purposes.
Most items are ordered on request. Delivery to me generally takes at least 20 days. I do not keep a stock: apart from rare exceptions, neither books nor gadgets are immediately available at my home.
For this reason, advance payment is required. In return, I always try to keep packaging and shipping costs as low as possible. Shipments within Switzerland can usually be sent quickly. For European Union countries, an additional day may be needed, as some shipments are handled through Italian border post offices with morning opening hours only.
